Pevino is one of the most popular brands amongst wine lovers, and not without reason. The Danish wine coolers are market leaders in the interaction between quality, design and function, and there is a model for even the most discerning wine lover. Pevino recently launched their New Generation series as their take on a wine cooler for the new decade.
Pevino – Danish design and premium quality
It has only taken Pevino a few years to become one of the most popular wine cooler brands on the market and among the best-selling here at Wineandbarrels. Pevino is a premium brand producing a range of wine coolers clearly inspired by the Scandinavian tradition for high quality, minimalism and functionality. Wineandbarrels carries the entire Pevino range of wine coolers, covering every wine lover’s need for safe and stylish wine storage.
The new generation
The newest wine refrigerators from Pevino are the NG (New Generation) series, consisting of wine refrigerators in four different sizes with either one or two cooling zones. Common to the New Generation wine refrigerators is the streamlined black design, the high quality, low noise level and market-leading energy efficiency.
The cabinets are all particularly suitable for discreet installation in the kitchen, and with variants that can store from 39-200 bottles of the Bordeaux type, the NG series covers the needs of even the most passionate wine collector.
Cutting-edge technology
We are soon writing the year 2020 and therefore it has also been important for Pevino's designers to keep the NG series' noise level and energy consumption to an absolute minimum. The wine refrigerators in the NG series are therefore among the quietest in their class. One of the designers' secrets behind the low noise level is the use of the market's best compressor, the so-called Embraco Inverter, and the electricity bill is kept in check by the specially made LOW-E glass doors.
The wine refrigerators in the NG series are available with both one and two cooling zones. A single-zone wine fridge is ideal for long-term wine storage, but if you feel most comfortable always having perfectly tempered and ready-to-serve white wine lying around, a wine fridge with two cooling zones might be preferable. The NG series cooling system on the two-zone models is unique, as the two zones can be set completely individually. On traditional wine refrigerators with two temperature zones, one zone will typically be dedicated to cooler temperatures (white wine, sparkling, etc.), while the other will be for red wine. Pevino NG models with two temperature zones have two completely separate cooling systems, which means that you can freely set the temperature in both zones and decide for yourself which zone should be for white wine and which one should be for red wine. You also have the option of having the same temperature in both zones at the same time.
The new Pevino NG120 and NG180. Both models are available with one or two cooling zones. The wine coolers are shown here with black shelf fronts, but are also available with beech or stainless steel shelf fronts.
An eye on the details
The Pevino designers not only created a good-looking wine cooler crammed with all the latest technology, they also focused on the little details, that really make the NG-series stand out. The wine coolers in the NG-series have fully retractable (80%) easy-access shelves made of solid beech wood with customizable trim (choose between black aluminium and stainless steel). Inside the wine cooler the LED-light lets you choose between three beautiful colours and the info-display gives you full control over the wine cooler's interior temperature.
The wine coolers in the Pevino NG-series are visually impressive, technologically superior and a great choice for a premium-class wine cooler for the upcoming 2020s.
