In light of the Corona virus (Covid-19) outbreak we have decided that most of our employees will be working from home for the next two weeks.
As a consequence there will only be a very limited number of staff present at our physical address in Hillerød. These precautionary measures have been taken based on instructions from the authorities.
Our physical store
Our store in Hillerød is still open, however we do encourage you to visit our webshop instead. If customers do choose to visit our physical store, we will disinfect all door handles etc. when they leave.

Order delivery and pick up
Our warehouse staff are still working and goods are shipped as normal. However, we do encourage our customers NOT to pick up your orders at our warehouse yourselves, and instead choose one of our shipping partners to deliver the orders for you.
So far we are not experiencing any considerable delays in deliveries from our suppliers, but this may change at any time, causing certain products to be out of stock.
Our warehouse may experience slightly longer processing times than normal. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.
Our customer support staff are working from home, however we are experiencing a significant increase of enquiries and response time may therefore be a bit longer than usual.
If your wine cooler is in need of service, please expect slightly longer than normal processing times. If our technician is coming to your house we ask you to please stay in another room while he is there in order to avoid any potential contagion. If you are sick or experiencing any symptoms, please contact us or our service partner to reschedule your booking.
