November's selected showcase - an wineoasis 

Every month we select the showcase of the month. It can be a wine cellar, a wine room or a nice installation of a wine cooler.

EVERYONE CAN PARTICIPATE - All you have to do is send one or more pictures of your installation (purchased from us), and then we will select a winner every month.

This year's showcase wins a prize worth DKK 10,000.

An elegant wineoasis with Caverack

Transforming a former bedroom into an exclusive wine cellar requires both flair and passion for wine. With Susanne and Peter, this dream came true when they created their wine room using the impressive Caverack design from Wineandbarrels. Attention has been paid to detail in this unique wine room, which is not only a practical storage place, but also a place for aesthetics and experience.

Beautiful burnt pine

The wine room is built with modules from Caverack in burnt pine. This detail creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The beautiful glow plays elegantly with the dark grey walls, adding depth and sophistication to the room. The cooling system is painted in the same shade of grey as the walls. 

Space for passion

Susanne and Peter originally only wanted space for as many bottles as possible, but with advice from Wineandbarrels, space was also created for show shelves. These shelves allow the labels to face outwards, allowing a visual journey through their impressive collection. Pull-out shelves were also implemented to present the bottles in a stylish way. “We are very pleased with the presentation shelves, even though we could already use more space,” adds Sussanne with a smile.  
The wine room reflects Susanne and Peter’s love of wine, especially their love of French wines and champagne.

Multisensory experience

To create the perfect atmosphere, the wine room is equipped with an impressive glass section facing a 'slinger room'. Here, guests are invited in before dinner to enjoy a glass of champagne and at the same time enjoy the view of the impressive wine room. Philips Hue ceiling bulbs allow for adjustable light in different colours, creating a great visual experience.  The wine room is fitted with solid locks so that the house’s teenagers don't keep 'Friday' in the room.  
“We are really satisfied with our beautiful wine rooms, which work well both functionally and visually,” says Sussanne. 
Susanne and Peter’s wine room is not just a place to store wine, it’s a tribute to their passion and taste. Created with care and attention to detail, the wine room is not only closed around itself, but also an oasis to admire from the outside.
