This year, at Wineandbarrels, we offer a price guarantee, which means that you are guaranteed the same low price on all purchases from 13th October 2023 up to and including 30th November 2023, if during the same period we lower the price further than what you have given .

This means that you can already shop in peace and quiet, and not be nervous that an item can be found cheaper with us on Black Friday.

Here's how you do it

If you shopped between 13th of October and 30th of November 2023, and if you find the same item cheaper at Wineandbarrels during the period, simply contact info@wineandbarrels.com with a photo or printout of the offer. Here, our Customer Service will quickly verify whether it is a purchase that is covered by the price guarantee and pay you any difference.

Conditions

Only purchases between October 13, 2023 and November 30, 2023 are covered.
Only offers on wineandbarrels.com in the same period are price matched.
It is the customer's own responsibility to document the price reduction either with a picture or a printout.
We only price match identical items - so you cannot price match against a different product than the one you bought.
In order to use the price guarantee, you must apply yourself by the 6th of December 2023 at the latest.

Extended right of exchange

All goods purchased from the 13th of October 2023 until Christmas can be exchanged up to and including 1/2-2024.
